Well, here's some news in my life:

I start a new job today!

For my old company. For my old project manager.

For those of you who are smacking themselves in the forehead, yes, I know that my old PM was a major problem of a person to work with. I know that I hated my job. However, this new job has some things going for it:

I am thinking of starting an honest, gosh-darn blog for my arts & crafts. Not just what I'm doing, but my musing about self-promotion & branding, random thoughts on stuff I see (in the art arena), my creative philosophy... things like that ( Read more... )

It occurred to me that, other than the occasional LOLcat and meme-like drek, I have not posted anything of substantial note in recent weeks. So for all of you, here is my life, more or less. I warn you, it's long.

Does anyone have a digital camera that can take high-res, high quality closeups? And more importantly, can I borrow it? Say so in the comments...

What do I mean by high-res? 5MP+
What do I mean by closeup? 2 - 6 inches from subject
